StormHarbour announces today that it has made four new senior appointments in its Hong Kong and Singapore offices, further strengthening its dedicated client offering in the Asia-Pacific region and particularly in infrastructure finance.

Aaron Tan, a former Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong Coverage, Investment banking and Debt Capital Markets, Barclays Capital, has joined as Senior Advisor, reporting directly to Water Cheung, Principal and Asia-Pacific Chief Executive Officer of StormHarbour. Among other client-focused areas, Tan will be involved in advising on and originating real estate transactions.

In Singapore, Jean-Christophe Levens, Marc-Antoine Thiriez and Hugo Virag-Lappas, all former Founding Partners of infrastructure advisory firm, Partners in Infrastructure, have joined as Managing Directors, responsible for building out StormHarbour’s Asia-Pacific infrastructure finance business. They report directly to Vincent Moge, Principal and Head of the Singapore Office and Asia-Pacific Sales.

These new appointments mark the latest that StormHarbour has made to its global operations this year, underlining the firm’s continued commitment to international growth and ability to attract high calibre, seasoned banking and investment professionals in core financial markets.
