Sayaka Miura

Director: Head of Financial Solutions and Executions

Her practice focuses on corporate legal matters, especially M&A transactions, corporate governance/compliance and corporate finance. She graduated with an LL.B. from Kyoto University in 2009 and with a J.D. from Kyoto University Law School in 2011. She was admitted to the Japan Bar in 2012. She worked at BridgeRoots Law Firm from 2012 to 2016 and founded Miura Law Office in 2016. She joined StormHarbour Japan Ltd. in 2018.
